Ogilbia ventralis

Description

Ogilbia ventralis (Gill, 1863).

Gulf Brotula or Gulf Cusk-eel. To 10 cm (3.9 in) TL (Grove and Lavenberg 1997). Bahía Magdalena, southern Baja California (Thomson et al. 1979) to Panama, including Gulf of California (Allen and Robertson 1994) and Islas Galápagos (Grove and Lavenberg 1997). Depth: intertidal to 10 m (33 ft) (min.: Grove and Lavenberg 1997; max.: Robertson and Allen 2008).
