Chaunacops coloratus

Description

Chaunacops coloratus (Garman, 1899).

To 19 cm (7.5 in) SL (Caruso 1989). Indo-Pacific; Taney Seamount chain and Davidson Seamount, well off central California and Cocos Ridge, South America (Lundsten et al. 2012). Depth: 1,250 –3,297 m (4,100 –10,814 ft) (Lundsten et al. 2012).
