Our whole world’s teacher education going through Technological revolution. Dynamic shift from Bachelor of Teaching (BT) to Bachelor of Learning (BL), then, Bachelor of e-Learning (B e-L).Different policies in our India presented different view on teacher education on school level as well as all others stages of teacher’s education have benefited our societies. Designing a comprehensive Education Policy is very essential as Education leads to progress the in society apart from its other benefits. Different countries use different education policies and different education systems depending on their governance system. Recently, the Government of India (GoI.) implemented the New Education Policy-2020.This Education policy was designed by an expert committee member by Dr. K. Kasturirangan, former chairman of ISRO. In this paper researcher have tried to have outlook and study the objective to study National Education policy 2020 on School Education and to study of curriculum and pedagogy of National Education Policy-2020 in school Education through lens of Reflective level of teaching. Methodology of this study secondary data based on qualitative aspect. In this paper researcher try to find out what new Educational policy 2020 have mentioned for school education specially in sub unit 4 Curriculum and Pedagogy in Schools on  Learning Should be Holistic, Enjoyable, Integrated and Engagement  and how teaching-learning can be seen through the lens of reflective level of teaching at school level. It also throws light on demerits as well as the suggestion for reflective level of teaching-learning in curriculum and pedagogy of school education according to National Policy of Education (NPE 2020).
