WUP-CD High Resolution (HR)

This is the High Resolution (HR, 0.2m GSD) version of the dataset published in the IGARSS 2022 paper 

TOWARDS 2.5D DATA FOR DEEP LEARNING BUILDING CHANGE DETECTION.
