Due to its great importance and importance, its strategic development should be aimed at positive change and cause progressive changes in the processes in which this change occurs. The article considers the factors that led to the negative socio-economic results of the restructuring of the agricultural sector of the economy. It was found that the lack of a clear development strategy, weakening of state regulation of economic processes of economic activity of enterprises, on the basis of a favorable regulatory framework, ignoring economic laws has led to imbalances in intersectoral economic development and stable economic relations. sectors of the economy and social life in general.

Lack of development strategy, imperfection of the mechanism of restructuring the agricultural sector of the economy, uncertainty of legal aspects of reforming agricultural enterprises and privatization of organizations for servicing agricultural production and processing of its products is one of the causes and deepening crisis in the industry. Further development of the agricultural sector requires radical changes in the functioning of the system of state regulation of production processes in society, the content of which should be based on weakening state intervention in economic processes of agricultural producers and developing fundamentally new forms, methods and measures based on regulations. , using control, stimulating and encouraging levers and factors.
