Type locality: Unknown.

Type host: Unknown.

Distribution in Russia: Crimea (as Spinolaelaps jacksoni — Vshivkov, 1963; Stanyukovich, 1997; Orlova & Orlov, 2018), Primorskiy Region (Medvedev et al., 1991), [Far East] (Stanyukovich, 1997).

Distribution outside Russia: Eurasia (Ogajanyan & Arutyunyan, 1974; Stanyukovich, 1997). Africa (Beron, 2014).

Hosts. Miniopterus schreibersi (Stanyukovich, 1997), Min. fuliginosus (as Miniopterus schreibersi — Medvedev et al., 1991), Myotis myotis (Borkhausen, 1797) (Stanyukovich, 1997), M. blythii Tomes, 1857 (Vshivkov, 1963; Stanyukovich, 1997; Orlova & Orlov, 2018), M. macrodactylus (Radovsky, 1967), Vespertilio murinus (Radovsky, 1967), Plecotus auritus (Beron, 2014), Pipistrellus javanicus Gray, 1838 (Beron, 2014), Rhinolophus euryale Blasius, 1853 (Stanyukovich, 1997), Rh. ferrumequinum (Schreber, 1774) (Vshivkov, 1963).
