The interviews have been realised in the framework of the H2020-MSCA-RISE-2018 project “LoGov - Local Government and the Changing Urban-Rural Interplay” as part of the implementation phase of the project. The interviews have been conducted with experts in the field of public administration, public law and political science, both researchers and practitioners, with the aim of widening the scope of the Country Report on South Africa.
