OHEJP Project COHESIVE: Economic analysis is a complex and multidisciplinary field, especially in One Health contexts. This review attempts to deconvolute the methodologies historically applied for economic analysis on foodborne zoonoses. It isolates the range of methods historically applied and describes the advantages and disadvantages of each, along with the challenges and next steps for standardising how economic analysis is done in future.
