Description

This Special Issue of EU Law Live presents the current debates at EU level concerning two of the most widely known instruments to tackle in-work poverty – the minimum income and the minimum wage. Both such instruments aim at securing minimum income levels, which, while may not be the only factor to take into account, plays nevertheless an important role regarding in-work poverty.

This Special Issue features contributions from the Working, Yet Poor (WorkYP) Horizon 2020 project.
