Analysis of the sphere of intellectual property in Ukraine

  The essence of the concept of "Intellectual Property" is analyzed. The modern tendencies of the innovative sphere of intellectual property activity in Ukraine are considered. The indicators of global indices of intellectual and innovative activity of the leading countries of the world are analyzed. The main ways to protect intellectual property rights in Ukraine are clarified.
