Description

Strain Collection of Microorganisms of the Department of Microbiology, Nutrition and Dietetics (Czech University of Life Sciences Prague) consists of 339 strains (mainly bacterial) containing type strains and wild isolates obtained from various hosts and ecological niches. The MALDI-TOF MS with Biotyper software tools (Bruker Daltonik GmbH, Bremen, Germany) was used for the first microbial screening and identification of these strains in several scientific publications.
