Vegetation green-up date is more sensitive to permafrost degradation than climate change in spring across the northern permafrost region
Description
The material contains vegetation green-up date derived from GIMMS NDVI3g data (1982-2015), the start of thaw derived from FT-ESDR (1987-2017), and active layer thickness derived from daily mean temperature (1982-2017). The provided code is an example of conducting partial correlation analysis in this research.
