Dual Education in Fashion Design: Problems and Prospective
Description
The aim of the research. The article is devoted to the prospects analysis of the dual education as a factor in modernizing universities function with the specification of its implementation for the training of the future fashion designers. Research methods. The research methodology is based on a system analysis of the processes which take place in the educational ecosystem transformation. the research is dedicated to the strengths and weaknesses of the traditional and contemporary universities comparison with a dual education model, a six-component rating evaluation model implemented at the educational institution and used as branding. The scientific novelty of the research is grounded in the revealing the potential possibilities of dual educational model implementation in order to provide various directions which require a superposition of formalized algorithmic and figurative way of thinking. Conclusions. The role and place of dual education in the architecture of the future global education system were characterized. The highlighted perspectives of the dual education system development in fashion design field were provided. The directions of the further research in fashion-designers preparation in the dual education format are formulated.
