代谢手术术后骨代谢异常和防治的研究进展

代谢手术能起到明显的减重效果,但术后会影响患者的钙和维生素D的摄入,造成骨代谢的紊乱和骨密度降低,甚至出现骨折的风险。患者术后需要关注骨健康,可以尽早进行外源性的维生素D和钙的补充,并且定期监测骨代谢指标。

Abstract:Bariatric surgery can provide significant weight loss, but it can affect patients' calcium and vitamin D intake after surgery, resulting in disruption of bone metabolism and reduced bone density, and even adding risk of bone fracture. Patients need to pay attention to bone health after surgery, and can take exogenous vitamin D and calcium supplements as early as possible, and monitor bone metabolism indexes regularly.
