Internet and Morality: Sociocultural Aspects

The purpose of the article is to study the Internet influence on the social and cultural people’s becoming, as personalities; on their inner world and behavior. Estimation of internet-dependence influence on an individual and task forces, analysis of its influence on moral values becoming and behavior culture in society is considered. Determination of action of information surplus, on devaluation of human civilization ethic norms is considered, which are the most dangerous and incorrigible consequence of active encroachment in the Internet in all spheres of people’s activity.

Research methods. The investigation the sources of information influence from an internet-network, as one of facilities, to influence on forming the perception of the population world that is the important aspect of studies and moral education, and plays an important role in the process of personality forming. From the Internet people hear about the codes of conduct that is considered in society as corresponding to that or other task force. Social networks, information availability in the internet in any case forms the world view of people and their values. The most perceptible influence the internet renders on young people as most receptive consumers of information. Methods of information influence got from the internet on forming the morally-spiritual orientations of personality valued, studied relatively recently, there a lot of problems in this industry have been not solved yet.

A novelty of research consists in feature of the internet influence which is on the morally-spiritual and personality social values. In the article positive and negative parties of information perception are illuminated over the internet. Attention is concentrated on distribution of diverse information through social networks, and aspirations of its on different task and age-old forces.

Conclusions. As a result of research influence in the internet, there is certain on personality and people’s moral values, as mass means of influence, basic information generator for majority of population. It is well-proven that on the first plan here appears group interest, and on the second it is cognitive. It is set that the Internet carries out dual influence on personality: negative, from one side, it is anonymity, virtual preying on others, internet-dependence, informative danger; but positive: educational and useful experience. In addition users are apt at the analysis of the got information, it is tried to "filter" its, that positively influences on the logical thinking, memory, attention.
