Custom code for "In-degree centrality in a social network is linked to coordinated neural activity"

The following includes the custom code for the manuscript titled "In-degree centrality in a social network is linked to coordinated neural activity". A small, simulated dataset is provided to efficiently demo the code. The source code included here uses simulated dataset that is in the same format as the dataset used for the main analyses of the paper.
