Description

A small rock-cut monastery to the east of Kothaguden. It consists of a stupa and two image shrines. The stupa opens deep recesses in four directions. The back wall of each recess carves a seated image of the Buddha. Rock-cut cells, which could also be used as monastic residences, carve a seated Buddha with attendants on the back wall and standing bodhisattvas on the side walls.
