Ctenocephalides felis felis (Bouché, 1835)

Material examined— Hidalgo: Tlanchinol, C. familiaris, 1998, B. Salceda, 2 males. Tenango de Doria, 1 female; Tolaltongo, 1 male, det. R.E. Lewis, 2000. Jalisco: Tuxcueca, Rattus rattus Linnaeus, 1.IX.2001, 1 male. El Limón, Ameca, 19.IV.2001, 1 female.

Remarks—Only Pulex simulans Baker is documented in more states in Mexico than C. f. felis.
