Record: Bangham & Adams 1954

Comment: This record is included for the sake of completeness. According to Margolis & Arthur (1979) the record “is probably referable to the genus Cystidicoloides ” but McDonald & Margolis (1995) made no reference to it. The larva—or larvae—may in fact represent Salmonema Moravec, Santos & Brasil-Sato, 2008 (see below).
