Marusik); ♂, 2♀ (IBPN), SE Tuva, Naryn River upper flow, 50°13’N 96°15’E, 1820–1900 m, 24– 26.06.1996 (Yu.M Marusik); 3♂ (IBPN) SE Tuva, Sangelen Mt. Range Dzhen-Aryk Ckeek middle flow, 50°24.31’N 95°26.28’E, 1450 m, pitfall traps, 14– 18.07.1996 (Yu.M. Marusik). MONGOLIA: Tov Aimak: 6♂, 2♀ (IBPN), 48°22’N 106°18’E, 1100 m, 18– 23.06.1997 (Yu.M. Marusik). USA: Alaska: 1♀(IBPN), Kathul Mt., environs of Eagle, steppe 25– 29.08.1990 (D.I. Berman). CANADA: Yukon Territory: 2♂, 6♀ (IBPN) Kluane Lake, Cultus Bay, 138°20'W, 61°11'N, 1200– 1400 m, mountain ridge, under stones, 14.07.1993 (Yu.M. Marusik); 2♀ (IBPN), 5 miles W of Haines Junction, steppe, 7.07.1993 (Yu.M. Marusik); 1♀ (IBPN), environs of Carmacks, 136 22'W 62 11'N, 19.07.1993 (Yu.M. Marusik & D.I. Berman).

Comments. This species has been described in several publications listed above. It is very similar to G. similis. Differences between these two species are listed under G. similis.

Distribution. The species has an almost circum-Holarctic range and has not been found in Asia east of 115°E.
