Atheresthes evermanni Jordan & Starks, 1904.

Asiatic Arrowtooth or Kamchatka Flounder. To 110 cm (44 in) TL (Mecklenburg et al. 2002). Sea of Okhotsk and northern Sea of Japan to Gulf of Anadyr, western Bering Sea (Lindberg and Fedorov 1993), to eastern Bering Sea, Aleutian Islands, and south-western Gulf of Alaska (Zimmermann and Goddard 1996), to off Davenport, central California (about 37°01’N, 122°12’W) (Lea 2013). Benthic; depth: 25– 1,200 m (83–3,936 ft) (Mecklenburg et al. 2002). Records from the Chukchi Sea are in error (Mecklenburg and Steinke 2015).
