Xiphister mucosus
Description
Xiphister mucosus (Girard, 1858).
Rock Prickleback. To 58.6 cm (23.1 in) TL (Miller and Lea 1972). Kodiak Island, western Gulf of Alaska to Santa Cruz Island, southern California (Mecklenburg et al. 2002). Benthic; depth: intertidal to 18 m (60 ft) (Miller and Lea 1972).
