Platyberyx andriashevi

Description

Platyberyx andriashevi (Kukuev, Parin, & Trunov, 2012).

To 25 cm (9.8 in) TL (Stevenson, Kenaley, and Britz in Carpenter and De Angelis 2016). Circumglobal; western Pacific Ocean north to Japan (Okamoto and Stevenson 2015); San Pedro Basin, southern California. Depth: epipelagic to almost 5,000 m (16,400 ft) (Stevenson, Kenaley, and Britz in Carpenter and De Angelis 2016).
