Xeneretmus triacanthus

Description

Xeneretmus triacanthus (Gilbert, 1890).

Bluespotted Poacher. To 20 cm (7.9 in) TL (Toole et al. 2011). Near Haida Gwaii (54°18’N, 132°38’W), British Columbia (DFO) to Punta Baja, northern Baja California (Leipertz 1985). Benthic; depth: 15–624 m (49–2,047 ft) (min.: Fay et al. 1978; max.: NWFSC-FRAM).
