Description
Nautichthys robustus Peden, 1970.
Shortmast Sculpin. To 8 cm (3.2 in) TL. Southern Bering Sea, Alaska to northern Washington (Mecklenburg et al. 2016). Benthic; depth: nearshore to 97 m (318 ft). All in Mecklenburg et al. (2002). Perhaps a junior synonym of Nautichthys pribilovius (Jordan & Gilbert in Jordan & Gilbert, 1898) and needing further study (Mecklenburg et al. 2018).
