This version derives from the version used by Fabio Gennaretti et al. in "Ecophysiological modeling of photosynthesis and carbon allocation to the tree stem in the boreal forest" (Biogeosciences, 2017), https://doi.org/10.5194/bg-14-4851-2017. Another version from 2020 ( https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4095541), very similar to this one but not identical, was used in the context of another project.
The changes from the 2017 version include the snow module and soil temperature module created by Ignacio Hermoso de Mendoza, and the revised photosynthetic module by Alienor Lavergne. These changes were supervised by Fabio Gennaretti and Etienne Boucher. Changes from the 2020 version consist only on some improvements in the writing of outputs.
