В статье выявлены структурные проблемы региональной экономики, проблемы реализации государственной антикризисной программы, снижение деловой активности в промышленных отраслях регионов. Проанализирована динамика и снижение промышленного роста отраслей экономики. На основе анализа ведущих промышленных отраслей экономики и индикаторов экономического развития формируется заключение о рецессии экономики регионов Северо-Запада России. Результаты анализа позволили выявить ряд негативных факторов, характеризующих состояние стагнации в промышленности.

DYNAMICS OF ECONOMIC AND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT: FROM RECESSION TO SEARCH FOR GROWTH DIRECTIONS

The article reveals the structural problems of the regional economy, the problems of implementing the state anti-crisis program, the decline in business activity in the industrial sectors of the regions. The article analyzes the dynamics and decline in industrial growth of economic sectors. Based on the analysis of the leading industrial sectors of the economy and indicators of economic development, the article draws a conclusion about the economic recession in the regions of northwest Russia. The results of the analysis made it possible to identify a number of negative factors characterizing the state of stagnation in the industry, a number of leading industries (metallurgy, mining, services and services).
