Description
The subject of the research is the scientific substantiation of the theoretical, methodological
and applied foundations of ensuring the management of organizations in the modern system of
construction development based on the formation of dynamic competitive advantages in the context
of transformation of the business environment, subject to the renewal of analytical tools for preventing
bankruptcy of construction companies in the context of the specifics of their operating activities as
stakeholders of construction investment projects.
The aim of the study is to develop scientific and methodological approaches and practical
recommendations for the formation of economic and managerial foundations for preventing bankruptcy
threats and their interpretation regarding the specifics of the operating activities of construction
enterprises.
Research methods. When writing the article, the messages of the following universal and special
methods of making economic and managerial decisions were used: methods of induction and deduction,
classification and comparative characteristics, scientific abstraction (for building dynamic, complex
models of financial analysis of enterprises’ activities); theoretical generalization, abstract logical
(to reveal the set of definitions «bankruptcy», «reorganization»); historical, systemic and situational
approaches (applied in the process of analyzing the genesis of the bankruptcy process, as well as for
modeling the financial statements of enterprises in the process of reorganization audit).
Results of work. The results of the work as a whole introduce a fundamentally new approach in
predicting the likelihood of bankruptcy for organizations participating in a construction and investment
project to identify the level of sanitation capacity of construction enterprises, based on a system of
choterocomponent assessment of participants in a development project and is determined by the
subject–process essence and multiplicative–factor relationships between the main diagnostic business
indicators to prevent bankruptcy of stakeholder enterprises in the environment of construction projects.
Scope of the results. Methodological developments are aimed at improving existing management
techniques, project management, the formation of the concepts of reorganization audit and the further
development of the theory of stakeholders.
Conclusions. A general methodological and analytical approach and regulations for reorganization
management to predicting the level of threats to the financial stability of construction participants
have been developed and substantiated, based on an assessment of their reorganization ability of
a construction enterprise in the context of participation in development projects and the choice of
optimal management decisions for each specific enterprise, it is proposed to be carried out by means
of simulation individual parameters and development indicators, will be able to provide the developer
with effective assessment tools and administration of investment and construction projects and
justification of the choice of construction participants.
