Dataset for manuscript entitled "Heatwave breaks down the linearity between sun-induced fluorescence and gross primary production" in consideration for publication in New Phytologist. The dataset was obtained for the site Majadas del Tietar, Spain, between June/2018 and August/2018. It consists of eddy covariance data, sun-induced fluorescence data and active fluorescence data.
