Description
Final Cylc 7 release containing several minor bug fixes, and enhanced to prevent Cylc 7 messing with Cylc 8 workflows for those who need both installed at once for a while. (And note the Cylc 7 cylc review will be needed for some time with Cylc 8).
This is cylc-7.8.9 bundled with the newer 2.11.1 version of Jinja2., which allows us to correctly report the line number (context) for all Jinja2 errors. cylc-7.9.x requires Python 2.7, whereas cylc-7.8.x can be used with Python 2.6 or 2.7.
