The object of research is the corporate culture of the educational institution as a factor of the
competence potential of a vocational school teacher.
The subject of research is scientific and theoretical approaches to determining the role of corporate
culture of higher education in shaping the adaptability of its employees in the modern Ossetian market.
The purpose of the study is to determine the mutual corporate culture of the educational
institution to the level of adaptability of its pedagogical workers to the requirements of the modern
educational market.
Research methods: monographic survey and generalization – to substantiate the importance of
corporate culture in the formation of relevant competencies of teachers vocational school; system–
behavioral, marketing approaches – in the study of the impact of corporate culture of the educational
institution on the level of adaptability of its employees to the requirements of the modern educational
market; functional, synergetic – to summarize the conclusions on the formation of competencies of a
teacher of a vocational school.
Work results and conclusions. The article is devoted to the influence of corporate culture on the
disclosure and development of the potential of a vocational school teacher. The relationship between
corporate culture and the formation of the teacher in accordance with the requirements of the modern
educational market. An interpretation of the concept – the competence potential of the teacher.
Novelty. The corporate culture of the educational institution is considered as a factor of disclosure
and development of the competence potential of a vocational school teacher in the conditions of the
modern educational market. Approaches to integration processes between the corporate culture
of an educational institution, the level of adaptation of a vocational school teacher in the system of
development of the modern educational market are proposed.
