Script to annotate active gene TSSs and TESs using PRO-seq and RNA-seq data. Identifies dominant transcript isoforms expressed in a given cell type (from which data is derived) and enables a 1:1 relationship between gene activity as defined by RNA-seq and active transcription as defined by PRO-seq signal from TSS to TES (at single nucleotide resolution).
