How do we waterfall capacity building across Sierra Leonean Universities?

Description

The AQHEd-SL project has successfully used a “waterfalling” model to maximise the impact of capacity development and the implementation of new quality management processes within the project and to promote learning between institutions and individuals in a range of both formal and informal ways. This paper discusses approaches to waterfalling in AQHEd-SL and lessons learnt from this.

Notes

The AQHEd-SL project is funded by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) as part of its SPHEIR (Strategic Partnerships for Higher Education Innovation and Reform) programme to support higher education transformation in focus countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
