Type species. Psammokalliapseudes mirabilis Lang, 1956a.

Diagnosis. Antennule inner flagellum not reduced. Antenna article 1 with medial extension. Cheliped and pereopod 1 with exopodite.

Geographic distribution. Brazil, Caribbean Sea (Puerto Rico), NW Atlantic (South Florida), eastern Gulf of Mexico (Fig. 97).

Species. Psammokalliapseudes granulosus Brum, 1973; P. mirabilis Lang, 1956.
