The artifact is a ZIP file containing code that performs dynamic analysis of R programs to study the use of eval. The insights yielded by this analysis are reported in the OOPSLA'21 paper - What We Eval in the Shadows: A Large-Scale Study of Eval in R Programs.
We also provide a dataset for those who do not have a large cluster to run all CRAN, or want to run on the same version of CRAN that we used: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.5483761
