Thepurposeofthisstudy wastoobtainempiricalevidenceaboutThecontributionofthesupervisionthe madrasah principal to the performance of Madrasah Aliyah (MA) teachers throughoutThecontributionof organizational climatetotheperformanceof MadrasahAliyahteachers Thecontribution ofMAteachers workmotivation to theperformanceofMadrasahAliyah teachersThecontributionof themadrasaprincipalsacademicsupervision, organizationalclimate,andworkmotivation totheperformanceofMA teachersinNorth Lampung district.This research wascarried outusingaquantitativeapproach andassociativedescriptivemethod.Thepopulationispublic andprivateMA teachersinNorth Lampung district,totaling177people whoaretheresearchsampleusingquota samplingtechnique.Research datawerecollectedthrough questionnairesandanalyzed usingdescriptivestatistical techniquesandpathanalysis. TheresultsofthisstudyareacademicsupervisionoftheMadrasahPrincipal, organizationalclimate,andteachers work motivation togetherprovedtohave appositive andsignificanteffecton theperformanceofMAteacherswith a contributionof62.4%. Partially, teacherworkmotivationmostdominantlyaffects teacherperformance.
