Material examined. See Table 2. The samples were lost in the postal service in June 2010.
Diagnosis. See Table 1.
Distribution in Europe. Norway, Iceland, Ireland, England, The Netherlands, Germany, and Atlantic Spanish coast (Northern and Western Europe).
