Type depository. Unknown.
Type locality and habitat. Cerro Piltriquitron (alt. 1,150 m), El Bolson, Provincia de Rio Negro, Argentina, 16 November 1961, in litter from Maytenus boaria [Celastreaceae] forest with Berberis darwinii [Berberidaceae] and Nothofagus antarctica [Nothofagaceae], near a spring.
