Includes:

  • Required run files for tests cases in the paper

To be used with the following versions of Firedrake and Thetis:

Test cases:

  • unsteady/test_cases/trench_1d (Section 4.1) [run_fixed_mesh.py for fixed mesh; run_moving_mesh.py for mesh movement methods]
  • unsteady/test_cases/trench_slant (Section 4.1) [run_fixed_mesh.py for fixed mesh; run_moving_mesh.py for mesh movement methods]
  • unsteady/test_cases/beach_slope (Section 4.2) [run_fixed_mesh.py for fixed mesh; run_moving_mesh.py for mesh movement methods]
  • unsteady/test_cases/tsunami_bump (Section 4.3) [run_fixed_mesh.py for fixed mesh; run_moving_mesh.py for mesh movement methods]
