Other distribution: China (Fujian, Sichuan, Xizang), India (Assam, W. Bengal), Indonesia (Java, Sumatera), Japan, Malaysia (W.), Sri Lanka, Vietnam. (4)
Biology: Polyphagous (Beaver et al. 2008). The gallery system is typical of the genus. One gallery excavated by Kalshoven (1959) contained 47 offspring.
