Release Notes for GeNN v4.5.1 (PyGeNN 0.4.6)
This release fixes several small issues found in the 4.5.0 release.
Bug fixes:- Fixed cause of the warnings about memory leaks which were generated when sparse connectivity initialisation snippets were defined in PyGeNN (#438)
- Fixed bug in model change detection which resulted in memory usage estimate increasing every time the model subsequently changed (#440)
- Fixed several bugs effecting the implementation of custom update models in CUDA and OpenCL (#439)
