Material examined. Holotype NHM UK 2013.1074, Stn 216: Pacific, Western Central (North of New Guinea); 3065 m.
Supplementary description. Zevina (1973b) described the mouthparts only.
Distribution. Indian Ocean; Pacific, Western Central and South West. Known depth range 1600–4850 m.
