ДЕРЖАВНА ПОЛІТИКА У СФЕРІ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ УКРАЇНИ В КОНТЕКСТІ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКИХ ОСВІТНІХ СТАНДАРТІВ

The importance of education as a tool for implementing the realization of interests and priorities of a man, society and state is provided. The content is provided and the author’s definition of the term of “national educational policy” is given. The Ukrainian state policy’s priority tasks for the reforming of the higher educational system in the context of European educational standards are analyzed. The directions of the domestic universities’ competitiveness increasing on the educational market are discovered and the tools to ensure the effectiveness and the quality of the higher education in Ukraine are defined.
