danbing-tk v1.3 resources
Description
New RPGG and VNTR coordinates on 35 HGSVC genomes. Theses include:
1. pan.tr.mbe.v2.bed.gz: VNTR coordinates of the 35 HGSVC genomes over 80,518 loci.
2. pan.tr.mbe.v2.README: File format description for pan.tr.mbe.v2.bed.gz.
3. RPGG.tar.gz: The repeat-pangenome graph built from the VNTR annotations.
