Model of terminal Patterning in Drosophila

Description

This is a set of code that demonstrates how we learn parameters from existing dataset from multi-scale experiments in a gene regulatory network in the terminal patterning system of the Drosophila (fruitfly) embryo and make quantitative predictions as described in https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.01.31.429006v2. The raw images used to generate data for figure 1c (WT_image.tif for top, and lighton_embryo.tif for bottom panel) are also available in this repository.
