Colonization and extinction dynamics and their link to the distribution of European trees at continental scale

Code contains functions to perform  a similar analysis as performed in the associated paper.

Due however to data availability, analysis is not performed at the european scale but on publicly available formatted datasets (Sweden and Finland)
