First version of value propositions for stakeholders

This deliverable reports on the methodology used and results obtained to create the first versions of value propositions (VP) for priority stakeholders. The three priority stakeholders agreed by the Consortium are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), data sources and regulatory/HTA/payer agencies.

The methodology used followed a stepwise approach:

• Breakout brainstorming sessions at the project kick-off meeting, to identify the stakeholders, to define an initial list of key benefits per stakeholder, and other relevant aspects
• Configuration of VP teams (one per priority stakeholder)
• Creation of a first version of each VP document
• Review of the VP document and survey among VP team members to refine and rank importance of key benefits
• Full text version produced and reviewed

As a result, a stable first version of value propositions for SMEs, data sources and regulatory/HTA agencies was obtained and is included in this deliverable. These are considered living documents and will be refined during the project as needed. Next steps will entail producing VP documents for other key stakeholders.
