Reflections on the Provisions Necessary for the Study of the Romanian Language by the Ethnic Minorities of the Republic of Moldova

The level of communication skills in Romanian language is one of the main factors that condition the integration of ethnic minorities in the Republic of Moldova in society. The state is obliged to ensure the necessary conditions for the study of the Romanian language in all educational institutions. The article reflects the educational policies and actions of the MECR undertaken to improve the Romanian language communication skills of ethnic minorities in the Republic of Moldova.
