Description
This dataset contains numerous analyses on genetic variants obtained from liquid biopsy of women and dogs with breast cancer (BC). Both core biopsy and plasma samples were processed for next generation sequencing (NGS) assay. The effectiveness of liquid biopsy in the diagnosis and follow-up of women and female dogs with BC was investigated. In this study, 55 and 35 BC samples were collected from women and female dogs, respectively. After obtaining core biopsy and plasma samples, DNA and ctDNA of tumor fragments and plasma were processed and submitted to the Genome Analysis ToolKit (GATK).
