Drivers and limits of phenotypic responses in vulnerable seagrass populations: Zostera marina in the intertidal

This repository includes the data and R scripts to reproduce analyses and
figures found in the article *Drivers and limits of phenotypic responses in vulnerable seagrass populations: Zostera marina in the intertidal* by Boyé, Gauthier, Becheler, Le Garrec, Hily, Maguer & Grall in Journal of Ecology

 - Data and scripts for preprocessing steps can be found in the `data` folder including :
     - The processed data (environmental & biometry) used for the analyses
    - The clonality data
    - A folder `preprocessing_envir` containing preliminary selection of the variables, a comparison of the environmental data used in this study with in situ loggers data as well as the PAR data included as supplmentary material
    - A folder `preprocessing_biometry` containing the first processing steps of the biometry data, including missing data estimation.

- Scripts to reproduce analyses and figures found in the article, including :
    - An rmd file compiling the main analyses
    - A folder containing the data & script for the map (Figure 1)
